Served from 750 mL bottle into glass at home. Pours deep gold in color with orange tint, high clarity, with large fluffy white head. Aroma is strong, full of white wine, lemony citrus, barnyard funk and white vinegar. Honestly smells like something that maybe should not be drank. No hop aroma is detectable. Flavor is more sour white grapes, earthy funk and bright acidity. No hop flavor detectable. Medium body with zippy high carbonation. Overall this beer is great; super complex and refreshingly sour while still being enjoyably drinkable. An exciting introduction for me into geuzes.

Żółciutkie, piana szybko opada. W aromacie solidna stajnia. W smaku podobnie, bardzo kwaśne i "stajenne". Ocena na podstawie notatek pisanych przed założeniem konta na RB.

W aromacie bretty, wrażenie owoców cytrusowych. W smaku mega kwaśne, lekko wytrawne. Ogólnie bardzo pijalne. Dobry lambic

Bursztynowe z ładną, szybko znikającą pianą. Aromaty drożdży, owoców, wyczuwalna kwaśna nuta. W smaku limonka, jabłko.

Hazy amber/gold color; Medium body; Aroma of yeast, sour fruit, citrus, & spice; Flavor of slight sweet malt, yeast, fruit (notably apples & berries), citrus (notably lemon & lime), and some spice; Finish is dry and sour; Palate is champagne like; Nicely balanced and complex; This grew on me - I did enjoy it.
