355ml green bottle, corked. Golden coloured, hazy. Small white head with tight bubbles, leaves just a bit of lace. Nose is sour, citrusy, yeasty, dusty. Tart, tangy start, lemon acidity, light funky yeast notes. Dry finish with tart/sour lemon attack. Effervescent, crisp mouthfeel, medium body. Very pleasant.

375ml bottle at home. Clear golden with a white head to fades quickly. Aroma is pretty funky with notes of oak, zesty lemon, light vinegar and green apple. Taste is quite similar to the aroma with the funk and lemony notes dominating, the whole thing is pretty reminiscent of champagne. Light bodied, highly carbonated with a tart finish.

Couleur orangée, forte mousse qui reduit. Nez typique pas trop aigre, note fruitée et vieux fut. Gout aigre, pomme verte avec des notes vieux fruits et fut un peu comme un cidre . Bon corps. Fin plutot sur l’acidité. Pas exceptionnelle pour le style

Cloudy honey yellow. Moderate fluffy head. Low to average retention. Aroma is funk, barnyard, horse blanket, fruity acidity. Light body. Not much carbo. Medium sour taste. Fruity. Very fruity. Enormously refreshing. Low a bit astringent bitterness. Very nice.

Bottle share from the Good Spirits Co Wine & Beer. Clear orange-amber with almost no head. The nose is so Belgian, and so good, it makes me wonder why anyone else bothers trying to make sours. Sharp, acetic, earthy. Taste is light, sharp, with fruity notes. Palate is quite short.
