I've never had to open a beer with a corkscrew before. The boring aroma belies the flavor, which is sweet and tart, with both a peach and sour apple presence. Dark orange and bubbly with no head, this is quite dry. Puckering taste, there is little aftertaste other than sourness. This is beer? Regardless, this is good...

UPDATED: MAR 31, 2003 Huge Peach aroma. The peach fades to the back as you take a sip with the refreshing wheaty tartness of this beer

Must eat my words about not liking Lambics, loved this one, sweet. tart and very pleasing to the palate, the understated malts and hops adds much to this best of all Lambics.

The best of the Lindeman's fruit beers. The overt sweetness works is much better suited to peach flavours than the others, and the ridiculously wheaty body makes for a wonderful refresher in the summer.

Okay, I know I rate lambics high...but hey, I like 'em. This one is the best I have had so far. Peach flavored things are not super high on my list, but this one is. Smells great, tastes great, could drink in great quanity...what more could you ask for in a beer? Oh yeah, it would be a little better if it cost as little as a 40 of St. Ives instead of a bottle of wine.

Very very nice brew. Seemed to taste more like a wine. Nice wood taste evident. Can't wait to have another one of these.
