Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy hops, Fruchtgummi. Taste is juicy malts, a touch rustic earthiness, some bitterness in the back. Natural carbonation, oily mouthfeel. Very good!

Tap at brewery. Dry juicy hay aroma Golden, light haze, off white lace Soft mellow and chewy hayish and cookie malt broad hop profile. Soft, extremely drinkable

My Bottom Line:
Bread crusts, honey and flowers move into pear skin for a super clean and süffig Helles.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A creamy head of foam covers the sparkling golden.
-Mouthfeel is meant for high drinkability.
-Some citrus fruit also peeks through.
-Drinkability is optimal.

On tap at the brewery pub.

UPDATED: JAN 11, 2017 On tap at the brewery. Clear bright gold lasting white head. Bready lemon aroma. Pretty good. Some light stone fruit. Some apricot. Some ok dryish hop on the finish. Fully attenuated. Really good. Lovely finish to it. Some leafy noble hop. Delicious. Like a ripe pear on the finish.

50cl bottle from the brewpub. Pours clear pale golden colour with a small most good lasting white head. Aroma of grains, mild hops and straw. Taste of mild floral hops, spicy, pale malt, straw, average...

3fourths (9367) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - NOV 11, 2014
Draft at the brewery. Sourish creamed corn / DMS strong in the nose. Smells of butter, cream, vegetables, sweat. Sweet, syrupy, rough carbonation, low bitterness and medium acidity, light sulfur and turnip notes in a watery short finish.

motelpogo (8031) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - MAR 3, 2014
bottle, picked up at a getraenkemarkt in bayreuth. pale golden with a shortlived head; aroma of wet old batteries; thin, soggy rice bubbles flavour with faint tinny bitterness. not a lot of redeeming features

Erzengel (9760) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JAN 5, 2014
--> schön aromatisches Bier

Bottled (from Landbierparadies, old box). Golden colour with a mediumsized white fluffy head, that leaves some lace. Aroa is bready malts, mild grainy notes as well as some slight grassyness. Flavour is bready malts, herbs, some slight toffee and mild grassyness. Quite smooth palate.

Unterdurchschnittlich. Test vom 29.3.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,6,7,6,7,6 - 6,60
