Wischylini (310) - Grimstad, NORWAY - AUG 26, 2014
Pours a slightly hazy golden colour, with a nice off-white head. The aromas are lightly toasted cereals, grass, soil, and floral aromas. The taste is fairly bitter. The mouthfeel is slightly oily, and the carbonation is medium-high.

Palme (4811) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAY 14, 2014
0.5l bottle from #L14. This is a cloudy deep peach orange looking one with a medium sized somewhat bubbly off-white head. I really like the aroma. Peachy, fruity and almost a bit hop-tropical with good grassy punch. A little bit of plum marmalade also found here. Tastes nice also. It has a gliding oily mouthfeel and a just below average carbonation level. Mild fruity flavors also. It has a wheat sweetness and a little hoppy kick in the taste also. Not so much as I had hoped for, but enough to make this quite tasty. A bit thin and watery in the finish and aftertaste. All in all a good one from Lindesnes. 31.12.2013

ej (1330) - Hauglandshella, NORWAY - APR 28, 2014
Pours a cloudy golden with little to no head. Aroma of cardboard, vegetables and faint citrus. Taste is light malts, faint citrus and a close to absent bitterness. Ok mouthfeel but a little to softly carbonated.

tfredvik (1941) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 18, 2014
Hazy, medium amber body with a rather large, long-lived, off-white head that laces the glass well. The aroma is strong and sweet, and initially I find it very pleasant, with tropical fruits, red berries, light grassy and a supporting caramel background. However, there are also some disturbing notes of butter that keep increasing as I drink. The same goes for the flavour, the difference being that the butter starts out quite obvious and ends up as an overwhelming, cloyingly sweet diacetyl carpet that almost manages to ruin all the hoppy niceness. The taste is also too sweet, and the moderate to light bitter finish can’t cope with that. Medium body, dry texture, moderate carbonation. I’m sure this is could have been a decent beer because the hop profile isn’t too bad, but my bottle is ruined by butter.
[50 cl bottle, enjoyed 19 months before BB date, from Meny Alna, Oslo]
