abemorsten (3652) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - JUL 27, 2017
0,5 l flaske fra en Prix i Spangereid. Batch L237. Tåkete dyp gyllen kropp med lys film. Overmoden frukt og karamell i nesa. God fylde og mye maltsødme med en del bitterhet. Hint av våt papp i ettersmaken.

Sigmund (7826) - Tau, NORWAY - JUN 11, 2017
500 ml bottle, batch L 198, from Coop Extra, Farsund. ABV is 4.7%. BB date was 04.2017. Extreme gusher bottle, half of it spilled all over the place. Brown colour, huge off-white head. Malty aroma, with moderate piney and herbal hops in the background. The flavour is fairly dry, slightly piney and woody. Not a beer I’d bother to buy again.

Cimbasso (977) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 2, 2016
Sampled from a bottle - thanks Jan Magnus! The colour is somewhere in between ruby red and tawny with some cloudiness and a white head. Aroma of malt and caramel and the taste is sweetish with flavours of caramel and spices. Almost more like an Amber Ale than a Pale. Slightly thin, metallic finish. Not bad, but a rather weak ending.

Holmen1 (6304) - Stavanger, NORWAY - SEP 2, 2016

Holmen2 (3916) - NORWAY - NOV 22, 2015
Bottle on board Fridtjofen 22.11.15. Cloudy amber. Beige head and lacing. Fruity aroma with grains, amber malt, grass and hops. Similar taste, with hints of flour and yeast. Mint in aftertaste.

kokkenrolv (348) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUL 21, 2015
Bottle. Malts on the nose, with some hints of peach. Amber, a bit hazy, beige head. Not much going on, except for malty sweetness in the background, piney bitternes up front. Thin body, watery mouthfeel. Nothing special.

A touch overcarbonated, but the real downfall of this beer was the oxydation. It is overwhelmed by the taste of a wet paper box.

ERB92 (772) - Bergen, NORWAY - AUG 29, 2014
Hay, honey, and some citrus in the aroma. Amber with a white head. Medium sweet and medium bitter. Light to medium body with a average carbonation. Overall not to bad, but not very interesting either.
