Butelka 0,5l. Bardzo przyjemny aromat słodowy, karmel, toffi, delikatny chmiel. W smaku toffi, mocniej zaznaczona chmielowa ziołowość. Dobre.

Frisch vom Hahn im Braugasthof getrunken. Tiefes Dunkelbraun mit weißer Schaumkrone. Recht kräftig, im Nachtrunk leichte Röstaromen.

TEJA (3294) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 6, 2017
Sampled at the brewpub.
Small light brown head. Clear dark amber color. Light roasted malt aroma with a small fruity aroma. Small caramell and light roasted malt taste without giving any residual sweetness, just an enjoyable dunkel. Low-medium bitterness and a dry finish.

Mariusz (12111) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - OCT 10, 2013
Deep brown, almost black colour, large beige head, very creamy. Aroma of dark malts and chocolate.

It’s dark brown with a hgue, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, light dark syrup and a touch of nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, caramel, light nuts and the finish is slightly roasted bitter. Not very complex, but nice enough.

MoritzF (10142) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - SEP 4, 2008
(swing top bottle) Hazy, dark brown colour with a small tanned foamy head. Light-sweet, nutty and slightly toasted malty nose with notes of caramel, chocolate and a pleasant hoppy blend. Moderately bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Toast-malty taste with a touch of roasted barley and caramel, plus minimal fruity accents, staying in the background; dry-ish, nutty and toasty-bitter finish with a shy hoppy touch. Quaffable Dunkel (25.06.07).

pivnizub (10844) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - JUN 28, 2007
Bügelverschlußflasche (Diky, Quack-Dacku !): Deep amber coloured, small, stable off-white head; distinctive nutty and caramelly nose with a faint fruitiness; solid sweet-bitter flavour, smooth MF, light bodied; malty-caramelly, a bit toasted finish with bitter hops in the aftertaste. Well balanced, well crafted brew....

Quack-Duck (9534) - Down South, GERMANY - JUN 12, 2007
bottle, bought at the brewery. Dark colour, beautiful head. Malty nose. Flavours of malt, roasted malt and caramel. Very caramelly taste. Slight flavour of fruit (apple?) in the background. I really enjoyed this!
