Very carbonated and lacing well. Thick barrel esters with straw and hay. Refreshing as well as funky. Interesting blend loscovar (878) - Principality of SEALAND, - SEP 24, 2017
On tap @ Beer Love Fest Montpellier. Hazy yellow color, nice sourness, citrus, funky, a bit woody and spicy. BlackHaddock (8090) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JUL 28, 2017
660ml bottle: BBD Dec 2019. Shared between five on 24th July 2017 at the monthly beer exchange in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Golden amber pour, slight hazy look, white affair on top. Body had a lot of ’fizz’, so well carbonated in the bottle. Nose had a dirty/sour farmyard feel, taste on the same lines with an off, red wine twist flavour wise. Actually liked this a lot. Cheers Simon and Mike for this offering. minutemat (6373) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JUL 24, 2017
660ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie. Thanks to Mike. Pours a lightly misty gold, small foamy white head. Pleasant, vibrant brett funk on the nose. Taste bears quite a good bretty saison character, some distant pinot hints emerging. Excellent, bright, flavoursome saison. capngokey (23) - Caerphilly, WALES - JUL 20, 2017
on Draft @ Port Street Beer House, been looking for this one for a while, and Wow, its as expected, nice Funky Brett aroma, aroma similar to a lambic, very woody on the nose, slight berry fruit flavours, touch of pepperyness, very complex

An absolute delight of a blended Belgian style beer.
The spicy/funky elements pairs well with citrusy lemon/orange notes aswell as the farm sour blend. Ending with a light and spicy bitterness.
No flavour dominated the other.
A refreshing, crisp and tasty blend! supermead13 (37) - - JUN 19, 2017
Outstanding saison with layers of oak, subtle spice, vanilla, & mild funk. Perfect pairing with the cheese plate I am having. jherb (36) - - JUN 19, 2017
This is a really nice complex sessionable saison with moderate spice and funky notes. Balanced and delicious. andrewwilson (9) - Merseyside, ENGLAND - JUN 19, 2017 does not count
Huge oak/ brett aroma. Taste is light tart and fruity. Finish is tart citrussy, hints of sweet berries and malt, some yeasty spicy and barnyard. Light bodied, average carbonation. Easy drinking for a barrel beer.
