Pale straw colour with a thick white head. The nose is bready and fairly herbal as well. Pretty fresh pils malt base along with a clean hop finish. Much cleaner and better than the previous ratings would suggest. Solid Helles lager actually.

Draught. At the brewpub. Light gold with a small white head. Weak floral/grassy aroma, vaguely yeasty and sweet - not much there, really. Taste is decent enough - clean, grassy, grainy-sweet; light. Light body, not much carbonation, quick-finishing - not much to say, nothing wrong with it, just boring. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 13, 2009
[1913-20081220] Tap. Yeasty bread crumbs aroma. Clear, light orange yellow body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Creamy yeast bread continues in the flavour with a soft doughiness and mild bitterness. Medium body. Quite yeasty.

On tap at the brewpub. Medium yellow, small white head, lots of streaming bubbles. House yeast aroma, light malt. Taste has a decent amount of malt, very light and well carbonated mouthfeel and more of the house taste - which is a very fresh, clean if slightly bland taste. Some hops in the finish. A fine clean lager without much to really write about. chops (60) - Brantford, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 14, 2008
Served in a chilled glass at the brewpub. Hit the spot on a hot day but im sure anything would have. Light yellow with a light frothy head. A little bitter but overall not a bad beer

on tap at the brewpub. served pale yellow with a small everlasting white head. served in a frozen glass at near sub-zero temprature so my aroma rating might but a little low. very similar to the other lager from this brewer. malt driven with some hop bitterness. good stuff after a round off golf. thx to chops for buying me a pint! On tap at the brewpub on my 20th birthday. Pale golden colour with a medium sized white head. Meh, not a standout lager by any means, but still enjoyable. On par with every other generic lager made in Ontario right now. Almost a decent hoppy finish, slightly peppery. Well worth the money but probably nothing I’ll go nuts for in the future. Pours a sparkling gold, with almost a bit of a haze. Head is foamy and full. Grassy hoppy nose with good floral presence and fruity malts. Sweet grainy flavour with fruity malts and a floral hop bite. Spritzy, assertive finish. Decent lager, though I’m not sure why some of the others are better than the "premium". Poured with a decent size head. Maltier than their macro lager and about as unsatisfying. Faint hop. Watery. Some carbonation. Bland pootzboy (1711) - Hopville, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 12, 2006
Tapped a pale clear gold with a small 1 finger cap which does not last too long...some lacing left on glass. Sweet carastan malts and light hay in the nose. Medium bodied. Modest malt spine, peppery clean mouthfeel. Sweetand grainy upfront then a light lemmony decernment from balanced hopping followed by a fast clean finish with little aftertaste. Your basic non-descript all malt commercial lager.
