Old note, draft from Giant Eagle in Grandview: amber-gold pour, white head. aroma of sweet honey and hops. tastes are bready, citrus rind, honey. GnarlyGnome (770) - Fairfield, Ohio, USA - JAN 4, 2015
I enjoy this as a nice easy drinking go-to beer. Its sweet, with just enough floral hop notes to give me something to think about while I’m drinking it. Nice in the summertime... good stuff. wedgie9 (2702) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - DEC 25, 2014
From notes. Tasted on 8/22/13 on draft at the brewpub during a baseball trip with Adam and Taylor. Pours clear light amber with a thin white head that leaves thin lace. The nose is kind of herbal and strange with a grassy aroma and some green hoppiness. The flavor is a bit more traditional with the same herbal note on the end. The body is medium with lively carbonation and a medium herbal finish. drsordr (2776) - Loveland, Ohio, USA - DEC 5, 2014

on tap @ Listermann / Cincinnati OH --- Clear medium amber, solid off-white head cover, broad bands of lace. Taste is clover honey and malt that sweeps through the palate to a mildly bittered finish. Nicely balanced, easy to drink. Drop the 5.5%abv a little, it would be a terrific all-day brew. shrubber85 (11506) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - MAR 30, 2014
Draft. Honey and malt aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Honey, orange malt, and lightly bitter citrus peel flavor. Nice but minimal hoppiness. Drjohnrock (828) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JAN 26, 2014
Draft at Arnolds on November 18, 2013. Medium dark amber/gold color, sweet citrus/hoppy aroma with a small touch of honey, slick, almost slippery texture, nice bittersweet flavor with honey taste that’s much more prominent than the aroma advertised. This is an interesting, offbeat brew that would be easy to drink quite a few of in one sitting, which might very well might be Dan Listermann’s devious intention. Well done.
