Sample at Listermann on 10/13/16. Hazy copper pour with a thin off-white head. Aroma of malt and floral and earthy hops. Malty and caramelly flavor with an earthy hop finish. shigadeyo (3739) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 20, 2013
12/20/2013: Listermann Run Like Hell Red... I like this beer for what it is: a low alcohol beer. It’s actually truly red in color and has more flavor than I would have expected; it’s not overly malty or overly hoppy, but nicely balanced. There isn’t much to speak of in the aroma and the flavor is soft, but tasty. I would describe it as lightly toasted, earthy, and has a suggestion of vanilla. Try it; you just might like it too! Draught (sample) at Listermann Brewing Company in Cincinnati, Ohio. Rating #6 for this beer. phaleslu (10264) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 11, 2013
Draft at Listermann. Pours a clear amber with a small, soft khaki head. Aroma of leaves, toast, and brown sugar. Flavor of caramel, leaves, toast, and earth. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and an earthy mouthfeel that finishes sweeter. Nice, balanced amber ale. Could drink plenty of this in a sitting. alexsdad06 (10416) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 21, 2012
Draft. Pours a clear amber color with a small off white head. The nose and flavor have a mild caramel malt, light spicy hops with mild bitterness to the finish. Nothing bad here and I bet it was refreshing after Run Like He’ll. Tmoney99 (14480) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 28, 2012
Draft sampler at brewpub. Poured a clear reddish amber color with medium frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate sweet toasted malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Average sweet roasted malt flavor with a moderate smooth sweet finish of moderate duration.

Draft to taster at Listermann’s. Looks good; reddish with fluffy off-white head. Smells malty and a little bitter. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. A decent example of the style.
