GnarlyGnome (770) - Fairfield, Ohio, USA - APR 6, 2014
Draft: pour is orangish yellow with a nice white head. Aroma is wheat, through and through. Love this aroma, it reminds me of brewing in my kitchen. Taste is spices... Wheat and some citrus. This is a great wheat... Very different and very enjoyable.

Orange pour, white head. Nice wheat flavor in this one. I really am pleased that there are some decent hops in the brew as well...not just another wheat. Spice, hops, yeast, hints of citrus. Nice.

3.5
JaBier (7972) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - SEP 19, 2013
Sample at the Listermann tasting room on 9/13/13. Clear orange in color with a medium off-white head. Malty aroma with slight citrus and mild banana. Malty and orangy flavor with creamy wheat thickness before a bitter and grassy finish.

3.1
phaleslu (10247) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 8, 2013
Draft sample at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange color with a small white ring for a head. Wheat and sweet dough lead the way, with some balancing fruits (apricot, tangerine), and candy. No hops noticeable. Light-medium bodied, with a bready, wheaty mouthfeel and modest carbonation. Didn’t stand out in comparison to the other offerings.

3.6
Dogbrick (13010) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUL 1, 2013
Sample at The J Bar as part of Ohio Brew Week. This beer is a clear copper-orange color with a medium bone white head that dissipates gradually. Short strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma is wheaty with sweet fruit and spice notes. Light-bodied with flavors of wheat, ripe fruit and grassy hops. The finish is wheaty up front with a mild hops aftertaste. Decent overall. Side note: Impossible to drink without thinking of Axl singing "MAH...MAH...MAH SERPENTINE!".

3.8
JStax (6482) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - JUN 22, 2013
Pours a translucent copper to gold. White head. Aroma has a lemongrass hoppy character. Tastes mildly bitter. A really good and interesting wheat.

mikem409 (2026) - bloomfield, Michigan, USA - JUN 10, 2013
