DruncanVeasey (8260) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - JAN 5, 2013
Cask handpull, The Wellington, Sheffield, 02/01/13. Darker than typical LAC with a reddish tinge and slim white top. Breakfast juice, cat piss nose. Deep-stewed, sherbety hop (6 kinds); fleshy orange, getting some anise and mouldering satsuma from the Sorachi. Bitter husk and grapefruit linger. Almost too much. But I can handle it.

A Mes rate: cask at the Welly.
Clean solid gold with a very good white head and excellent condition. Biiig hops all round. A shit load of grapefruit, pine and lychee. Really creamy a very pleasing in the mouth. I must say that I’m a little nonplussed about the current trend for chucking a ton of hops at a brew and expecting it to be a good beer but thankfully, this one works well.

[RBESG, Sheffield]
Cask @ The Wellington, Sheffield.
Pours lightly hazy golden with a slight green hue. Small, nice and creamy white head. Aroma is pleasant, lots of grass, apricot and light lemons. Fine carbonation. Wonderfully sugary sweet base with lots of hops on top. Grassy and fruity. Immensely drinkable.

asheft (3098) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 25, 2009
[cask @ RBESG 2009] Very fresh lemony citrusy pine grapefruit aroma. Very nearly clear dark yellow with a thin white cover. Smooth base malt flavour plus "hop juice". Not salty like many "overhopped" brewed. Excellently done, though could use a little more bitterness. Medium body, low carbonation, very slight bitter finish.
