Keg tap at the Kingston Arms, Cambridge. Reddish brown, barely translucent, minimal head. Slightly burnt malt aroma, salted plum, red grape juice. Vert sweet taste with coffee and balsamic vinegar tones lying over the malt. Medium to long finish with bramble in the aftertaste. Clear amber with a well appointed beige cap that retains well - a real looker of a beer and a straight FIVE !
Nose is biscuit, toffee, light fruit esters, toasted grains.
Taste comprises biscuit malt, light fruit loaf, toasted grains, sprinkle of brown sugar, caramel.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Fine for style.

330ml bottle from nelson wines. Pours a hazy amber with thin caramel coloured head. Aroma is of weak malts, a little grass and toffee. Quite heavily carbonated. Dry hops, crystal malts and a dry finish.
