“A refreshingly crisp dry golden pale ale with subtle floral aromas and citrus notes.” Little Brew’s first ale combines three malts and three varieties of hops to create an exquisite English Pale Ale. Thirst quenching but with great depth of flavour, it’s a excellent all year round Pale.

Bottle shared at The Kernel - London. Thanks to Jack! Pours cloudy yellow with a fine, white cream head. Doughy bread in the aroma. Medium sweet flavor, some residual sugars, dough, white sugar, light grainy notes. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with white bread and mild hay. Not quite there.

March 2013 - cold bottle. Smells of surgical spirits. Tastes of water with a meaty, semi bitter finish. It’s a poor beer. One of the worst I’ve had. I’ll have my money back please.

Hazy gold beer, good white head. Light soapy nose! Dry crisp palate. Minerals. Soapy malt. A whisper of citrus. Dry finish. Two swallows and a drain pour. This one needs to go back to the drawing board.

32 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is mango fruity and light citrusy. Light vegetable note. Bitter, light grassy and mild vegetable. Medium dry and light toasted malty finish.

Odd stuff. Some licorisce or aniseed on the nose, with some brown sugar and malt. Really dry and thin. Some grain, light on the hops and a rough, uncomfortable finish.

Hazy amber color. Smells like a really really well made homebrew/kit pale ale. Harsh, unbalanced cheap ingredients. Really bad commercial beers. Drain pour

Bottle from Kris Wines. Pours a deep hazy gold color with a medium white head. The nose is elderflower, bell pepper, yeasty cobweb and marshmallow. The taste is melon, light citrus, marshmallow. Plenty of white bread dough. Light body. Overall, a pretty awkward beer that I would’ve struggled to drink by myself. This feel’s a bit disjointed and directionless. Not the best effort from this young brewery.
