Little Creatures Bright is a top fermented uniquely new Australian ale. As the name suggests, Bright is a filtered beer with a striking golden clarity in the glass. We use 4 luscious malts including Pale, Carapils, Wheat and Vienna. The beer is full flavoured whilst soft and easy on the palate making it very approachable. The alcohol is 4.5% alc/vol. Bitterness is slightly lower than our highly charged Pale Ale and is accentuated enough to balance the smooth, malty character. The hop characteristics in Bright is derived from the use of highly aromatic New Zealand B Saaz Flowers as well as varieties from the North West of USA. Clean, distinctive, full-flavoured, smooth and very more-ish!!

Pint bottle. Poured the promised bright golden colour with a ready, yeasty aroma. The taste is very different, with fruity hops dominating. Just what fruit is hard to pin down, but it has a bit of stone-fruit about it. Finishes dry but short. Decent light ale, but Ive had better.

Tap @ Little Creatures Dining Hall, Melbourne. Pours clear deep golden with a small off white head leaving nice lace. Aroma is fruity, sweet, malty, bisquity and has some honey touch. Flavor is much like aroma, well bittered which is very nice. Finishes with a good bitter aftertaste.

Disclaimer - best by date was about 18 months before I tried. Damnit if I didnt notice that at the store. Nonetheless, here goes the review. Pours a golden yellow with white head and floaty sediment towards the end of the pour (dont think that is supposed to be there). Smell is like a slight old pilsner. A little funky saazz hops, actually pretty nice to be honest. The taste is where the wheels start to come off. Has the the reminents of the saaz, but not in a good way. A little too sour and funky with some offputting aftertaste. I probably would have liked this because of the pilsner like aspects, but cant go very high. Stupid store

Bright gold colour, with hay and citrus on the nose. Creamy and a little sweet on the palate, but with good crispness. Not hugely complex, but right up my street.

330ml bottle, best before November 2011. Clear gold with a thin white head and decenr condition. Slightly sherbety fruit aroma. More citric on the palate. Clean and easygoing. Pleasant enough but nothing spectacular.

Bottled (from Beers Of Europe). Golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is mild fruits, some floral and sweet malty notes along with soe slight wooden notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, quite bready, but still sweet malty, notes as well.
