COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For the past decade we have poured much of our passion into brewing the best Pale Ale possible and we now feel the time is right to give you a little more
Sitting alongside our Pale Ale, the IPA will deliver the big, rugged hop flavours and the citrusy nose that you would expect. However youll also detect aniseed and savoury notes, balanced out with a long firm bitterness to finish.

One of Australias better IPAs on the market. Plenty of hops on the nose and the taste buds. Definitely worth a try.

UPDATED: JUN 2, 2016 Pleasingly different to my usual NZ IPAs. Slight cloudiness promises a natural and slightly feral drop, with a well rounded hop aroma to boot. Lovely bitterness. Better than most Lion-owned beer, but not one to cross the road for

BB 25Jan16. Poured a clear orange brown colour with 5mm of off-white foamy that diminished rapidly to a collar that laced poorly. Carbonation extremely low and fine. Aroma subtly but inviting of citrus (grapefruit, orange), tropical fruits and malt. Taste strongly of citrus/grapefruit, hints of passionfruit, subtle sweet maltiness; hoppy bitterness dominates. Light body. Clean, crisp, refreshing with malt sweetness and a moderate bitterness on the finish, Quite good.
