For the past decade we have poured much of our passion into brewing the best Pale Ale possible and we now feel the time is right to give you a little more…
Sitting alongside our Pale Ale, the IPA will deliver the big, rugged hop flavours and the citrusy nose that you would expect. However you’ll also detect aniseed and savoury notes, balanced out with a long firm bitterness to finish.

Bottle. Ambery Id guess (straight from bottle). Piney caramels, citrus, some green berryish/green tropicals on nose. Piney, robust. Med bodied, caramels sweets, well bittered. Pine in finish. Quite nice piney fruity ipa.

UPDATED: SEP 15, 2016 Hazy golden/amber with a medium cream head. Confused aroma of faint citric hops. Taste is bitter and not too pleasant. Kinda soil. Hops give the bitterness and hints of rotten fruit. I had it over 2 years ago and I didn’t remember it was that bad. Mediocre. Hopefully a bad batch.

Citrusy US hops aromas, like a beefed up version of the pale ale. Comes in a handy four pack to distinguish you from Johnny six-pack.

American style IPA. Pours a cloudy orange golden colour with an off white creamy foam that dissipates slowly. Has good carbonation. Sweet Apple malt aromas. Slight hoppy bitterness at first but a strong malty finish. medium body mouth feel. Overall a nice beer for those that want the higher ABV but other American pale ales can be just as rewarding without the strength.

Not a bad IPA, hazy copper body, creamy off white head with lots of lacing. Aroma of pine, hops and hints of malt. Taste is text book IPA, finish is a tad metallic.

UPDATED: APR 13, 2015 Clean and crisp, this is what I love about Little Creatures, they produce high quality beer with their own little twist. A slight hit of zest and a Lovely touch of bitterness. Well rounded beer, with great session-able quality. Second time around, I'm picking up a lot more of the savory, drying characteristics. A touch of woody pine, slight licorice, and gives a light impression of the Mediterranean; salty, spicy and just deeeeelicious. *As I let the vapor sit in my mouth, I get a huge deal of smoke, which really reinforces the exotic feel I was getting from the palate.

decent IPA. Hoppy aroma and flavour, a hint of sweetness. decent but not Australia’s best ipa.

Feral_Hop_Hog (30) - - MAR 7, 2015
This is a really, really good IPA. So much more character and dare I say elegance than their Golden Ale. Floral and citrus hints are in there along with some well balanced and hoppiness. 1.7 ABV suprisingly but a tad expensive by the bottle. Look forward to drinking this at the brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From a bottle. Pours light copper with minimal head, big grapefruit flavours with a resin finish. Great example of the style, drink it.

From a 330ml bottle (BB 7/4/15). Hazy dark amber with a moderate firm white head. Nose offers caramel malts beneath prominent tropical fruity, citrusy and floral hops with a hint of spiciness. Palate is smooth and amazingly drinkable and tastes like a ramped up version of their legendary pale ale with plenty of hoppy fruity bitterness to the finish (but not "show-offy"). Excellent stuff.
