Bottle at RBJG#2 - Grand Tasting Tim’s Place. Clear red/amber - white head. Red berries, amber malts, caramel, fruity, light citrus, sweet notes, smooth. OK. Davros (3338) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - APR 26, 2013
Pours pale copper with a large head.
Nose shows caramel, soft fruity confectionery, spicy hops and subtle bready malt.
Lots more sweet clean malt as a flavour along with more of the confectionery notes. Transitions to spicy hops in the finish. A bit of booze shows.
Nice moderately high carbonation works wonderfully. mkel07 (6546) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - APR 26, 2013
500ml bottle from Archive Beer Boutique. Big deep rocky head, copper red beer and awesome citrus hop aroma. Full flavoured easy drinking beer that I could easily drink quite a few of. Lively in the mouth with a nice long finish. CitrusP (66) - Newcastle, AUSTRALIA - APR 24, 2013
Pours a dark amber with a finger of creamy looking head. Slight funk and spicy hops in the aroma. Bready, earthy malt and NZ hops dominate the flavour palate, some residual sweetness. Like a Rogers, A LC Pale Ale and Hoppy amber all in one. Could ramp up some of the bitter and aromatic hops. Nice beer, dry and bitter finish, refreshing

tastes like a pumped up rogers, or a acidental abv batch lol pmuzz (400) - AUSTRALIA - APR 21, 2013
A reasonably good looking beer. No real aroma, good hop presence upfront but this abates way too quickly. OK but not the best amber/RIPA around. Rangi (671) - NEW ZEALAND - APR 19, 2013
From what I remember this was described to me by the bar tender as the best beer he had had in ages. It was tasty refreshing and had a nice balance of hops and malt with some flavours coming through nicely but not sure about the best beer bit. Enjoyable but not anything mind blowing. Would make for a nice session beer with this seasons rugby. imaragingbull (579) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - APR 14, 2013
Pours amber ruby with light off white head and distinct lace. Sweet malt aromas, toasty bread and pitted fruits, balanced with citrusy grassy hops. Medium light body. Light butterscotch, medium bitterness over a toasty sweet malt body lingering lightly sweet and toasted through the long finish DeliriumT (545) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - APR 13, 2013
Pours rosy red with dissipating head. Aroma is spicy hop with a hint of citrus. Flavour is heavily hopped with little malt flavour to speak of
