Snifter at Little Fish at their 1st Anniversary event on 7/9/16. Clear gold to orange pour with a medium white head. Nose of malt, funky brett, apple, slight sourness and white wine. Malty flavor giving way to dry white wine and funky (and bitter) brettanomyces before an apple finish. Looking forward to tasting the bottle after it sits for a couple years. cheap (6259) - CHINA - JUL 17, 2016
Bottle at RBSG PGH 2016. #51 out of 200. Pale yellow. Mild easy drinking slightly hoppy beer. Smell and taste makes me think of a mild IPA or a stronger APA. Surprisingly civilized. You’d never know it was over 6%. Can’t taste the barrel thing either. Very well mannered beer! I found myself searching for the apple attributes. djd07 (16465) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUL 16, 2016
