750 mL bottle poured. Much thanks to JStax for the bottle. A lighter golden cloudy pour. Thin but active fizz head. A citrus and berry flavor and aroma going on, with a hinted spice and floral background. Melon tart, paired with a straw lingering grain. Very unique, a d a fun introduction to a new fruit profile. Tasty.

750ml bottle @ Matt's. Pours a cloudy golden straw colour with a small white head. Nose is a weird sharp body odor and coriander. Flavour is lightly tart and citrus acidity, with a grainy character. Interesting and different.

750 bottle. Pours a hazy light amber with light head. Aromas of dull muddled berries, wet wheat, and lemons with floral notes. Flavors of green berries, sharp wheat, crackers, and definite grains of paradise. Nice

Hazy. Not much head. The aroma is muddled - nothing really makes an impression. Tart, with a little bit of saltiness. The gooseberry comes through a little bit. There's a touch of spice, but again nothing particularly bright or distinctive. A little bit funky.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is very grainy, with lots of toasted grains, coriander, and a hint of chamomile. Flavour is very tart and citric, with lots of coriander, tart citric notes, toasted grains and lacto. What a strange concoction - spicy, citric, and grainy on the finish. Fun stuff.

UPDATED: DEC 9, 2017 750 ml bottle shared with family from notes (7/29/17). Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small off white head. The aroma has sourdough, tart citrus, nice tart berry character, bread, mild funk. The flavor has good tart berry fruit character, and more sourdough bread with mild tart citrus and light spices. Solid enough.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy pale yellow gold with a small white head that settles into a thin ring. Notes of lemon, berries, coriander, chamomile, pepper, mild acidity, straw, and sourdough. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a tart, dry, spicy mouthfeel. Another really good entry in the series.

Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/20/2017. Hazy straw color with a thin white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of citrus, tart berry and wheat. Light-bodied with flavors of tart berry, yeast, spice and doughy malt. The finish is moderately tart with a citrus and berry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
