Cask (handpump) @ Belvedere Arms, 8 Sugnall Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, England L7 7EB.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, sour grass notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120116]

Golden colour with a small white creamy head. Floral hoppy nose. Fruity and floral flavour. Moderate sweet malty. A bit too flat, but that is how they like it.
[On handpull at Belvedere Arms in Liverpool, England]

[email protected] Tap, London. Golden colour, small white creamy head. Very rich on the lace. Aroma is citrusy, big on the floral hops with some mild maltyness. Flavour is fruity, flloral and quite grassy. Balanced but boring.

leaparsons (10862) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - SEP 23, 2011
Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Clear gold with a firm off-white head. Aromas are cereal and biscuit with mellow lemon and dusty yeast. Flavours are sweet biscuit with peppery, dry, quite leafy hops. Underlying caramel with zesty lemon. Pretty decent.
