Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2013, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England.
Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus, fruity. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
Gravicask, half at NWAF ’13. Dark golden body, fragile lacing to the glass. Citrus hoppy nose. Rather sharp taste of lemony hops and resin lessened by herbal dryness. Clean bitter ending. A good session-like thirst quencher (Manchester, 23.01.2013).

Appearance: Clear amber body with a dense white head. No visible carbonation. Good lacing.
Taste: Juicy pineapple with a slightly bitter, peppery finish.
Palate: Medium body with a smooth, velvety mouthfeel. Very gentle carbonation.
Overall: Soft, rounded and fruity. I prefer punchier flavours, but this is pretty tasty.
