Thanks JCB. Nice sharp clean blonde pour with zero head. Very nice aroma with an almost geueze-y note. Vinous with white grape, hint of band-aid, and tropical fruit. Flavor is nice, tart and vinous with tropical fruit. Could use some body/mouthfeel. Very lean/light on the carbonation/watery. ryanfolty (2585) - Bourbon County, Minnesota, USA - DEC 30, 2012
December 29, 2012 - bottle at Brett’s tasting. Cloudy yellow pour with no head. Sour funk and lemon aroma. Taste was similar, but mild and a bit watery. realaledrinker (35) - Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan, USA - DEC 8, 2012
UPDATED: DEC 9, 2012 Pours golden with a sort of funky yet interesting aroma. Bread like flavors from the yeast. Very easy to drink with a nice tart finish. Very solid beer. drowland (8938) - Georgia, USA - AUG 30, 2012
8/11/12. GTMW. Slightly hazy golden pour with a nice enough off-white head. Light tartness and soft wheat in the aroma with a bit of Belgian yeast, esters, and spiciness. Bready, malty flavor hits as well as more of a hint of tartness, citrus, lemon, and spice. Not bad! rbfishstick (141) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 19, 2012
Enjoyed at GTMW 2012. Pours a cloud gold with a medium white head. Smells of citrus and wheat. Tastes of cream and citrus a mild hops flavor and a bitter finish.

Draft to taster at The Livery. Looks solid; yellowish-orange with white lacing. Smells and tastes doughy and mildly tart. Average on the palate. Okay. cpetrone84 (1810) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 17, 2011
Pours a light golden yellow, hazy, tight white head with huge retention. The nose is a bit grainy, loads of peppery spice with a nice twang, notes of lemon and some earthy herbal notes. The flavor is more integrated but sweeter. A little bit too much sugar left over with a mellowed spice and nice lemon note. Some citrus hop with a notes of herbal hops. Medium body, a touch syrupy, lighter carb for the body. queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - OCT 10, 2011
Tap at brewery. Sour, musty, citrus, white grape aroma. Golden with small white head and nice lacing. Musty bread/yeast, fruity white grape flavor. shrubber85 (11570) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - OCT 10, 2011
Tap. Lemon, white grape, sour milk and light barnyard aroma. Slightly hazy pale yellow color with small head. Slightly musty bready malt aroma. Very tasty. Strykzone (7556) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - SEP 15, 2011
13 oz glass at the brewpub. A hazy golden beer. Very small whitish head is little more than a ring. Mine is diacetyl. Buttery, thin. There is some fruit. This is infortunate.
So, the brewer just brought outvanother glass apologizing that the wrong beer was poured before. This one is much nicer. Some very nice hops in the nose and flavor. Minteresting barnyard stuff going on, too. I would call this fruity and funky. Decent malt, too. A much nicer beer than earlier!
