On tap at Mich Brewer’s Fest. That is damn fine Bohemian Pilsner. I’m surprised that this is pure Saaz, the bitterness is a little more aggressive and soapy than I would expect. ryan (3185) - Beltsville, Maryland, USA - MAR 6, 2010
Herbal/floral hops in the nose with just a touch of cotton candy. Lightly sweet, light to moderately bitter taste with flowers, light citrus and chewy sugars. Medium body is soft with light carbonation. Well executed, delicious beer. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - JUN 26, 2009
Pours a nice full hazy amber, small white head that clings. Aromas are faint maltiness, spice. Nothing much. Initial shows a nice light body, crisp slight pilsner malt, honey sweetness, light bitterness on the backend balances and makes this a great quenching lager. Very yummy, as the malt is flavorful, but light and hops make themselves known in the finish lightly. A good sessioner. SrSilliGose (3324) - pouring bus, New Brunswick, CANADA - MAY 8, 2009
draft at the brewpub. pours hazy, like every beer frome the livery, golden. earthy, spices, some fruit, some bitterness. not too bad. tjthresh (1873) - Greenfield, Indiana, USA - MAR 2, 2009
Would have never guessed that this was a BoPils. Personally, I would have thought pale ale. Pours hazy golden with a bit of white head. The nose is spicey and I thought a bit fruity. The flavor is strong with malt and plenty bitter. Not bad, but not exciting.

Hazy gold pour and a fluffy white head. The aroma is caramel/bready malts and hints of citrus zest. The flavor is fruity, lemony, and has some decent hop bitterness. Weird lager, though. bu11zeye (13239) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - AUG 6, 2008
(Draught) Pours a hazy golden amber body with a small white head. Aroma of nuts, earthiness, light lemon, and wheat. Flavor of rye, toasted grain, cereal, and caramel malt. holdenn (2127) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 16, 2008
7/10/08: sampled from a growler thanks to drewbeerme. Pours a clear copper with an off white head. Aroma of caramel malts with herbal hops and a touch of citrus. Lots of fruit, especially red apples and caramel malts that taste a little grainy and like cereal. Finishes dry. On the fruity side overall, but still decent. drewbeerme (3921) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 10, 2008
growler. pours hazed golden with white head. aroma is leathery, and some caramel. flavor is citrus, leathery, lemon, grainy, minerally, fruity finish. a bit heavy body. not really a straight forward pils and too fruity for that clean pils you want. xnoxhatex (1305) - Grand Rapids/Chicago, Michigan, USA - JUL 10, 2008
Growler sample thanks to drewbeerme. Hazy red with beige head. Sweet red fruit, some caramel, real nice. Fruit, cherry, very estery. Medium, creamy body. Very fruity and estery for a lager.
