Bottle from La Maison Belge in Puerto de la Cruz, Canary Islands. The beer is a hazy orange-gold color with a thin white head that recedes steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, pale malt, and coriander. Medium body with a fruity character and flavors of yeast, spice, honey and some hops. The finish is coriander and yeast with a fruity aftertaste. Slightly above average overall. presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 5, 2009
Small bottle. Dark gold with a decent white head. Scent of candy sugar, alcohol and a weird something like a funky spiced pear. Complex flavour is malty, fruity and peppery. A pear rolled in pepper, malt and hops. wyzzywyz22 (2108) - Wirral, Merseyside, ENGLAND - NOV 19, 2009
Bottle, Carringtons, Chorlton. Hazy amber appearance with a thin head. Aroma was yeast laden with caramel malt notes. Flavour very belgian yeasty with in your face alcohol and some spiciness. Some bitterness towards the finish. Alright stuff but nothing too special. Madsnp (933) - DENMARK - AUG 6, 2009

Pours a nice golden color with a large white head. Aroma is extremely strong and pronounced, turkish delight, licorice, candy, very sweet. Taste is complex, clearly noticeable alcohol burn, sweet yet also quite bitter and dry in the aftertaste. Licorice, honey, citrus, malt. Nice unusual triple with heavy bitterness. Bottle - 330ml. Hazy golden body with low carbonation and a thin off-white foamy head. Complex malty/hoppy aroma that carries fruity, yeasty and herbal notes. Alcohol is well hidden. Taste is very well balanced and ends with a long, warming bittersweet finish. Very enjoyable! Glouglouburp (6103) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 1, 2009
In short: An extra-sweet sugary strong Belgian blonde ale without any complexity. Mega-boring.Lumpy (1802) - Carrollton, Texas, USA - JAN 31, 2009
How: Bottle 330ml, almost 1 year old, about 1 year before best-before date
The look: Cloudy dark blonde with lots of small particles topped by a very small ring of white foam
In long: Nose of generic standard Belgian yeast and candy sugar. Taste is sweet, too sweet. Candy sugar all over the place. Bready/doughy Belgian yeast does provide substance but does not provide much flavour. There is not much I can say about this beer, it is very sugary and that kills any subtle flavour it may have had. If I try real hard I can pick up some citrus fruits, some coriander, and maybe some other stuff. But that would just would just be mental masturbation. And that reminds me I have something to do. Bye.
Bottle. Body-hazy strawberry blond with a medium ring of bubbles. Nose-cereal, lager. Taste-light metal, medium hot, light white spices, sweet. TaktikMTL (7874) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 30, 2008
