It poured a clear golden liquid with a small foam that left no lacing. It was odorless and had a very weak taste of malt and white bread. However it didn’t have any of the bad tastes that so many lagers have trouble with, namely metal and an acidic bitterness that reminds me of puke. It was actually half decent and the best Latvian beer we tried this evening. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - MAR 16, 2009
Pours straw color with a thin white head. Smells of apples and skunky. Tastes sweet and watery with lots of appley hints on the finish. faroeviking (10838) - FAROE ISLANDS - FEB 2, 2008
Bottle. Pours a clear golden colour. Sweet aroma with toasty malt and grains. The flavour has grains and some bitterness with some maltiness. Tranquillity (2251) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 22, 2008
Shared with fatphil, thanks! A bit of honey in the aroma. Some yeast. Taste worse, but the finish lifts the scores. SaintMatty (7300) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - JAN 19, 2008
500ml Bottle with FatPhil- Golden coloured with a grainy aroma with a bit of silage which is not as unattractive as it sounds! A malty taste which is grainy and grassy. Nothing special.

Typical light lager look. Bold and unsophisticated malty and hoppy taste. Some hoppiness in the finish. Odd but not unpleasant. omhper (24966) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 27, 2003
Bottled. Pale golden with average head. neutral aroma. Sweet, mild and rounded with soft mouthfeel and low bitterness. Decent, but not very interesting.
