caramel, bread, grass, raisin, red, brown, clear, minimal head, tan foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, light body, slick feel, soft carbonation, bitter Dark ruby pour with tan head. Foam disappears quickly. Biscuity sweet aroma with light grassy hop. Caramel sweet with hints of sourness. No real bitterness. Carbonation is very light. Thin, watery body with a slick mouthfeel. Finish is quite sweet with no bitter aftertaste. A very nice beer if you’re not expecting bitterness. I like it.

0.5l bottle. Dark brown/ruby body, light brown head. Plums, reisins and a hint of roasted malts in the aroma with maybe some caramel. Taste of caramel, dark fruits, minimal roastyness and little bit of floral hops. More like a dunkel for me than a schwarzbier, but I like it.

inbirraveritas (1601) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUN 11, 2013
Draught. Ruby dark brown coloured one with with a medium sized beige head on its top. Smell of dark malt and dough. Mild sweet aroma with brown sugar and bread underpainted gently by chocolate and coffee flavours. Nice creamy mouthfeel. Sweetbitter finish escorted by mild roasted malt and hops. Refined, enjoyable.

50cl bottle to weizen glass.

Appearance: Transparent red color with an off white mocha head.

Aroma: Biscuit, cookies, crackers, a bit of caramel/brown sugar. Some spicyness and dark fruit but not much. Slight sour element.

Taste: Sweet biscuit, some slight sour rye bready flavours, elements of dark chocolate. Definitely sweeter than I expected.

Palate: Well rounded, good body though carbonation is on the low side I think.

Overall: Pretty nice beer. Didn’t expect the world but it actually is quite nice.

50cl bottle in Zagreb. Pours dark brown with a reddish hue and an off-white head. Aroma of dark fruits, toasted malt and hints of caramel and raisins. Sweet and fruity with a light bitterness. Ok, but a bit too much on the sweet side for my taste. (2013-05-19)

Good light ale. Very light palate but surprisingly decent taste profile out side of the sweetness. The sweetness is instant yet not overpowering. A grainy, nutty taste and just a hint of bitterness at the end. It's a simple beer with a very light palate yet good aroma and decent taste . ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

artyom (1132) - Osijek, CROATIA - MAR 7, 2013
0,5l bottle. Aroma is caramel, and a little bit roasted malt. Taste is not so bitter, what is excellent, and some toffee. Overall, it is great, very drinkable beer.

WheatKing (1338) - Phnom Penh, CAMBODIA - MAR 4, 2013
Oops, drank this past the expiry date. Still good, though. Very bready, a lot of toffee, some nuts, not so much roast, a bit of bitterness in the finish, not much but enough to balance out the sweetness. A nice balance of richness and lager freshness, which is what I expect from the style... so, a bit better than average.
