COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
If you have had some of our brews in the past you know we like to add a little "twist" to our brews. So of course we did so with our version of the Bohemian Pilsner as well. The base recipe is that of a classic Pilsner with Saaz hops and a malty backbone. But then something went wrong, "someone" decided to add Sorachi Ace hops at flameout and to dryhop this Nobel beer style with Cascade hops. Idiots!

Aroma is pleasantly soft and fruity with mild and earthy undertones. Taste is refreshingly crisp and fruity with lime and slight passion fruit coming through. The beer itself sends an overall feeling of fruit candy. It may not be your ordinary pilsner, but it was damn refreshing, and it sports an unusal sensation of fruit salad, stiff pilsner and overall good craftmanship. I don’t catch any dill notes at all from the Sorachi, which is good.

Yellow with fluffy, lasting head. It starts out soft and malty. Then there’s a pleasant build of of fresh, zesty hops.
