Dark black with beige head. Aroma of chocolate and roasted malt. Taste is licorice, dark chocolate and roasted malt.

Hopmaestro (1858) - Örebro, SWEDEN - MAY 3, 2016
Aroma is roasted malts with dark chocolates and a faint touch of vanilla. Taste is slightly sweet at first and the followed by roasted malts, slight molasses and chocolate bitterness. There’s faint coconut flavors, but not as much as you would expect. I heard rumours about some tweaking of the recipe though, so if you come across this one, you should at least try it. Looking forward to a new batch with some more coconut and vanilla action.

33cl bottle. Dark mahogany with a tall espresso head. Roasted malts, cocoa, dark chocolate, vanilla. Medium bodied with medium carbonation and a chocolate bitter aftertaste.

Benzai (16999) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - AUG 3, 2015
Sampled @ Tilburg Bierfestival. Opaque black color, small light brown head. Aroma is malts, sweetness and -I guess- coconut. Taste malts, sweet, coconut, anise, roast and also some bitter in the finish. Decent body though a little light for 10.5% ABV, suitable carbonation. Interesting, certainly has potential.

77ships (11601) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - JUN 30, 2015
Sampled @ Tilburgs Bierfestival 2015. Black little mocha. Nose is oily molasses, thick vinous syrup, candy, light blueberry,… Taste is odd vinous, molasses, syrup, thick, syrup, light lactose, touch sour, alcohol,… Flat, boozy, vinous,… Quite messy brew,… Acceptable,… (Thanks for sharing!)
