A railway sleeper is not only a rectangular support for the rails in the railroad tracks, generally laid perpendicular to the rails. It’s also our India Pale Ale with pine influences. We figured we would brew an IPA that is not filled with tropical fruit characteristics, for a change. So we loaded this IPA full with Simcoe, Chinook, Columbus and Summit hops. And we have to say this is one darn piney IPA, it almost makes us feel like wood chucks. By the way, how much wood could a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck couldn’t chuck wood? - Drink with mates!
