Got this as a gift from someone who went to Loch Lomond and i was expecting it to be rubbish, but it’s actually a really tasty brew. Has a slight lemony taste and is proper refreshing

On cask at the Guildford Arms.
Appearance - dark amber to chestnut. Lovely red shades around the glass.
Nose - toffee mostly.
Taste - real toffee apple note that explodes into a caramel biscuit on the finish.
Palate - medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a dry malty yet tangy finish.
Overall - lovely ale.

imdownthepub (15380) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 26, 2014
Cask conditioned at The Rose & Crown, Charlbury, Oxon. Gold with white head. This proved to be quite a delicate little beer, there was a light, malty, slightly biscuity body carrying an easy, light lemony hop flavour. Well balanced, easy drinking. I quite liked it.
