Bottle at Nolia Beer. Opaque colour, small off-white head. Aroma has caramel and ash. Medium-bodied. Caramel, licorice and ash. Not my favourite. JackMandarin (466) - Aberdour, SCOTLAND - OCT 19, 2017
Bottle from local M&S. Pours a dark, cola brown. Thin, very-off-white head. A slightly nutty, rich milk chocolate aroma. Gentle roast. Pretty mellow but lovely nonetheless. Taste has more sweet chocolate notes. A little plum pudding. Light vanilla. Very light, tangy coffee. Long, lightly bitter, fruity and sweet finish. Richer than I'd expected mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Serious session stout. Quality. Mr_Pink_152 (5541) - Lincoln, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - OCT 14, 2017
Tried at the Nottingham Beer Festival 2017. Deep brown almost black colour with a slight tan head. Aroma toffee and coffee. Taste is toasted bitter. Nice full body. theprof (1236) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - OCT 11, 2017
@Nottingham beer festival. Pours dark with thin off white lace. Aroma rich toffee toffee malt. Taste medium sweet then light bitter via the dark chocolate. A very pleasant chocolate stout that survives Spartan barrel service. ManVsBeer (10946) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - AUG 27, 2017
Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Black with a small creamy off-white head. Has a floral-infused roasted malt nose, with a steady smooth taste to its roasted malts.

Superb stout - chocolate, caramel, black, medium sweetness, full body, soft carbonation, Heidbummer (875) - SCOTLAND - AUG 9, 2017
Cask at the Windsor. Pours deep black/brown, thin tan head. Toasted, coffee-ish aroma. Big dry roasted taste, initial mouthfeel and taste is great, but it is a wee but thin and fades a little towards the end of the pint That quibble aside, a really good stout and fairly easy drinking. rumore (758) - Rimini, ITALY - AUG 1, 2017
From the tap at Tiburon, Rimini, Italy. Pours black with creamy light brown foam. Aroma is roasted and malty. Body is light, with good but not excessive carbonation. Taste is marginally sweet, with some bitterness I attribute mostly to the roasted red. Finish is short and clean. aleksander9 (1897) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 29, 2017
-On cask Grog and gruel, Fort william- Earthy, coffee and leather finish. Great! columbo2318 (4) - Hampshire, ENGLAND - JUN 24, 2017 does not count
Dark brown with thin head. Chocolate on nose. Light start, stronger finish with malty and coffee flavoured body, coffee liqueur perhaps. Overall enjoyable stout.
