Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, dark malt, chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.

Thinned peaty dark malts. Vegemite. Dried black raspberries. Charred driftwood. Sea salt. Vinyl. Cocoa beans. Blood pudding. Shoe polish. Definite balsamic tang. Mostly dry finish.
