Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, dark malt, chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160318]

Thinned peaty dark malts. Vegemite. Dried black raspberries. Charred driftwood. Sea salt. Vinyl. Cocoa beans. Blood pudding. Shoe polish. Definite balsamic tang. Mostly dry finish. Impressive Wee Heavy.

UPDATED: MAY 19, 2016 Aus der Flasche, vom der Brauerei direkt bezogen, getrunken. Klares Dunkelbraum im Glas mit anfangs stabiler Schaumkrone. Im Antrunk wuchtige Malzigkeit , die auch bleibt. Wenn man davon mehr trinkt, sprt man auch den Krper.
