courtesy of Thomas Schneider - clear bronze beer with a little foam let; flowery and caramelish aroma; pretty sweet and full-bodied, caramelish aftertaste with some residual sweetness and warming alcohol notes - a bit one-dimensional but ok

Bottle from Bignens Vins, Balexert. Deep amber colour, thin foam. Luscious warming boozy malt, some noble spicy hop, enough bitterness to balance but no more, drinks clean and nice. A very correct bock if lacking a certain excitement factor.

33cl swing-top bottle. Malty smooth beginning. Sweetish hints with nice cake flavour. Round and malty, very smooth with brown sugar, caramel and a nice fitting bitterness. Easy to drink, not too sweet, round and great!

Bottle, 0.33l, courtesy of Yoo. Hazy amber orange color with medium thick off-white head, nice lacing and soft visible carbonation. Aroma of mild caramel, cereals, grass and citrus. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel, follows refreshing grainy with fruity acidity, warming alcoholic mouthfeel and moderate bitter finish. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Surprisingly rich and bold taste after initial faint aroma...
