I bought this bottle in one Coop, in front of Zurich HB. I drank it yesterday at Lausanne, relax at home. In my point of view, it is a basic beer, ok if you are thirsty to clean your lips. The body is yellow/gold, almost no foam, staying a really few moment, regular carbonation. The taste is basic, some touch of rice, giving a sensation of sweetness but right after you smell this metallic side typical of the Austrian lager, some hop and watery, not the best one but it is drinkable.

Draught at Brasserie Federal, Zurich. Clear golden with a frothy white head. Clean malt and spicy hop notes. Same flavour. Good carbonation. Mild hoppy bitterness in the finish. Refreshing pils that solid by Swiss standards.

Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - AUG 24, 2007
bottle, bought at Coop labelled Birra di Riso Ticinese. Clear golden colour, small head. Well-balanced brew, malty, slightly hoppy with slight hints of rice. Dry finish. The rice is not as obvious in the flavour as expected.

Ungstrup (37601) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - FEB 19, 2010
Bottled. A light yellow beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, rice, and wheat? The flavor is sweet with notes of rice and lighter notes of malt and citrus, leading to a dry finish.
