pilsnerfav (2) - Singapore, SINGAPORE - JAN 31, 2013 does not count
Not too much strong beer aroma, a little bit Hazy amber with a medium head. Sweet and grassy hops with some caramel notes. Finished just okay

omhper (25740) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - OCT 16, 2012
Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy amber, rich head. Caramelly nose with some perfume. Sweet with fairly light body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramell, pepper and paper. Low bitterness

Interesting beer especially since I’m not exactly sure what an appenzeller is. What I can say is it tastes very fresh and lively like it has to be made with mountain water. Lighter beer but not too light, like a weak amber. I’d have another :-)

daniele (9660) - ITALY - AUG 19, 2012
ambrata schiuma media discreta persitenza naso maltato legfero caramelo piuttosto ascitta ma non molto amara maltata lieve fruttato

Bottle at home. caramel, golden, hazy, minimal head, light sweetness, light body, thin feel.

Koelschtrinker (21489) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - FEB 23, 2012
Langweilig herb-holziger Beginn. Später wenig würziger, angenehm holzig – in dem sonst hohlen Bier allerdings fehl am Platz. Nicht durchdacht... 8/6/7/6/9/5

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with a white head. Smells bready and earthy. Tastes a moderate sweet, with lots of breadiness. Medium bodied. Creamy texture. Soft carbonation. Finishes pleasantly sweet. It’s extremely simple, but drinkable.

Geuzelambix (376) - København, DENMARK - AUG 11, 2011
My girlfriend really liked this one. I however was more critical. It’s not a bad beer per se, I just found especially the palate to be a little strange. Interesting for sure but not something I would buy again (even if this one actually was a gift...).

nuplastikk (6453) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 20, 2011
11.2oz rubber-stopper corked bottle. Opens with a reassuringly loud pop. Quite a murky, grayed reddish brown. Thin, creamy white head. The aroma isn’t so appealing, some fig-like fruitiness and attic oak. Oops. Shouldve noticed that in fine print this beer was best had by January 2011...its now mid June. Has clearly deteriorated, but still some enjoyable characteristics. Pleasant, clean malt body, light and fluffy on the palate. Would be rated higher fresh, I’m sure.

RexTalionis (3800) - FINLAND - MAY 29, 2011
Swing-top bottle 33 cl from Drinks of the world, Basel. Poured hazy bronze in colour with whitish head. Yeast and some sweet malty tones in aroma. Flavour slightly sweet fruity and light malty. A bit thin.
