COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Tranquillity (1938) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 19, 2009
Bottled. Dark-orange, thick white head. The aroma is fruity and malty, caramel and even marshmallow. Good stuff! Nothing special in the taste, but its extremely well balanced and all individual parts are good. Theres malt with good hops towards the end, with a sweeter finish.

Ughsmash (7508) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 20, 2009
Bottled. Poured clear, bright medium orange with a short cap of white head. The aroma picked up honey, sweet caramel, and faint light fruits with plenty of oak and a little vanilla present.. some mild vegetal character on the back. The flavor found sweet caramel and pale malts at the core with a quick transition to spicy oak and earthy bitterness at the edges.. finished tacky with the same sweetness and oak. Lighter-bodied and dry on the palate with interesting character from the barrel. Not a great beer, but it was drinkable.

Sampled in Zurich. A pretty nice brew, goes down really smooth and crisp. In a bottle, pours a nice bit of head. Decent spicing.

Hazy orange with a thin white head. Both malty and hoppy and quite light. Strong aroma of wood and slightly smoky. Very good for a pale lager.

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2007 Bottled 0,33L. Unusually hazy and opaque color, rather dark and veiled with medium fizz. Compact and adherent head in superficial. Spiced and aged scent with aromas of straw, mint, fresh grass and malty. Prickly and mellow taste, medium bitter but in prominence on the end.

Bgelverschluflasche (Merci, Stephane !) Golden, hazy, mid-sized, rather creamy head with a little lace; sweet-bitter flavour with a light acidity, light bodied; fruity-yeasty-malty finish with a light bitterness in the aftertaste. O.K., neither pleasant nor bad.........
