Swing-top bottle. Creamy barley malt and hay aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color. Slightly sweet milky barley and hay flavor. Nice body. Very nice - Locher’s malt flavor kicks ass.

Many thanks for this Bio Swing bottle bier to kevnic2000. Piwo ekologicznych upraw, krachla tradycyjna, porcelankowa, piana srednia ale trwala, zapach ciasta drozdzowego i jablkowej tary. W smaku nonfitura jablkowa, nieco kwaskowej pszennej slodowosci, chlebowej skorki. W smaku delikatne, lekkie ale przyjemne. Metnosc srednia choc solidnie zalepiajaca dno tej zgrabnej butelki. Zabraklo nieco wytrawnosci i goryczki.

500ml bottle from Drinks of the World, Basel, Switzerland (3.00 CHF):
This was something a little different from an ordinary pale lager with a fresh & yeasty taste complimented by some nice citrus flavours & a lot of malts. Very easy to drink, more so than I’d imagined & definitely a nice change up from what I’m used to. I wouldn’t mind having again but probably only if I find myself back in Switzerland at some point.

Quack-Duck (9533) - Down South, GERMANY - AUG 9, 2007
bottle. Dark gold colour, nearly amber. Very cloudy. Interestingly the colour is darker towards the top of the glass. Very creamy and persistent head, lasts until the last sip. Very yeasty character, malty, hints of grain. Slightly hoppy in the finish and aftertaste. Pleasant carbonation and smooth mouthfeel.

Bottle at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013. Thanks to Bruce for the Zwickle tick. Translucent yellow with a loose head. Flavour is bready malt, grains pilsner. Pretty drinkable. A didn’t detect much apple in there.

cloudy golden colour, fine head, grape aroma, fresh, slightly acid..........

Refreshing beer. Not much aroma but plenty of taste. Subtle bitterness and well balanced palate. It’s not a beer that rock the world, but I’m sure that most people will like it. A bonus point for being organic.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Great and Powerful Pre-GBBF Tasting - Are You Scottish Edition (London, 2013). Pours clear yellow with a light, white foam head. Biscuits and cereal on the nose. Light sweet flavor with somewhat papery cereal pale malts, light lemon rind and faint hay bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Light dry bitter hay finish with further cereal. OK.

F: almost not, white. C: golden, very light hazy. A: malty, light grassy hops, grainy, bready, hint of caramel. T: grainy, dusty, dry grassy bitterness, bread, hint of lemon, medium body, lower carbonation, quite good beer and as I like organic double so, 5%, 33cl bottle from Coop in shopping centre Serfontana in Morbio Inferiore in Switzerland.
