50 cl bottle, flip top. Cloudy, golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, pale malts, grasses and a hint of bread.Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with grasses and pale malts. Earthy touch. Nice Keller bier.

Uma cerveja honesta. Não chega a ser espetacular, mas também não é ruim. Tomei em Zurique. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0,5l Bügelflasche. Goldgelbes Bier, kaum trüb. Heller feinporiger Schaum. Frischer Duft nach Grass und Getreide, kaum Hopfen, etwas seifig. Antrunk sehr süss und getreidig. Leichte Säure. Trinkbares aber flaches Bier.

Pours a golden cloudy liquid with natural deposit. Slight lacy head and pleasant hop aroma. Pleasant light body, bitter taste. Enjoyed with a few succulent, purple mediterranean olives.

500 ml bottle into lager glass, best before 5/27/2015. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of light lemon, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of pale malt and earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of light lemon, wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of wheat, cracker, toasted biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Very clean on lager flavors with zero estery yeast notes present. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, fairly creamy/bready, and lightly crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is a damn nice kellerbier style. All around great robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Golden very slightly hazy beer with very little foam. Smells like wet malt grains. Tastes like wet grains along with a malty sweet character and a solid carbonation. Normal aftertaste. For a bottom-fermented beer, this one is quite good and has a good price-performance ratio.
