On tap @ slowfood Cheese, BRA.

Very ’frisch’ indeed. Grainy and slightly sweet. Smooth, with some very mild hopping.

Golden hazy color with a white, lasting head that laces well. Aroma like a damp, grassy field. Palate is foamy and fizzy and covers up what little flavor there is, which a weak balance of malt and bitterness.

Can from Drinks of the World Zurich. Nice golden body with big head. Nose is fruits, spices, malts. Taste is similar of malts and citrus. Didn’t go down too well though. Bit artificial. Subpar.
