Nice aroma of lemon and pine. Pours a hazy gold with a thick persistent white head. Light sour yeasty taste with a short finish. Very bland for a hefeweizen. Not much bite but pleasant. Underwhelming. anstei (2248) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - JUN 3, 2015
Bottle. Pours hazy amber, I failed to produce the right head though. My fault. Typical Weizen aromas: Bananas and citrus, but also a bit of strawberry sirup. Short crisp mouthfeel. Not very complex, and the combination is odd. jfb (6266) - GERMANY - MAY 17, 2015
(bottle) hazy golden colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of cloves and wheat, heavily phenolic and oxidized, with notes of alcohol, some cinnamon and popcorn. flavour is mostly rotten meat and overripe peaches, with some more cinnamon, lemons and wheat. light- to medium-bodied with average carbonation. Bottle from Bignens Vins in Balexert, Geneva. Nice heavy bottle and agricultural label. High carbonation, yellowy brown cloudy colour, definitely looks the part. Good classic Bavarian-style weizen, yeasty, slightly sweet, big wheat flavours, low hopping. Quenching. Actually quite decent. Cristobal37 (1142) - Budapest, HUNGARY - OCT 15, 2014
Don’t think I’ve ever had a Swiss weizenbier before. It is markedly better than Edelweiss but still has a long way to go before reaching the status of it’s Bavarian cousins. Pretty clear actually with a light aroma. Tastes fine though a bit flat at the end. Usual flavors on the palate are real nice. Average, but I love this style so it’s still really enjoyable.

UPDATED: APR 10, 2015 500ml corked bottled served in a Weizen glass.
A: Pours a hazy orange color forming a big fizzy and creamy white head. Good retention and lots of lacings formed and left in the glass.
S: Great perfume. Strong notes of white bread and sweet biscuits. Quite sweet, fruity and flowery. Notes of pale malts and wheat. Light notes of clove and banana esters. Some very light notes of flowery hops.
T: Sweet grains in upfront. Extremely bready. Strong notes of sweet pale malts and wheat. Biscuity. Some light notes of flowery hops. Earthy and quite bready yeast profile.
M: Creamy body. Medium carbonation. Smooth. Bready aftertaste.
O: Good drinkability. Smooth. Simple but very pleasant Swiss Weissbier.

Drink cool (10-12°C)
Eye: pours a hazy yellow to rusty colour with small rapidly dissipating white head.
Nose: sweet barley and yeast.
Mouth: barley, wheat, bread, sweet citrus fruit, honey, marzipan and somehow flowerish.
Palate: orange, barley, bread.
Overall: decent to good Weizenbier. Kita (2151) - Koper, SLOVENIA - AUG 24, 2014
Fliptop bottle, 0.50l, shared with Yoo. Pours cloudy deep golden with medium creamy white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, banana, yeast and biscuit malt. Taste starts with moderate sweet grainy malt, follows refreshing yeasty and fruity with spicy mouthfeel and light bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Surprisingly good hefeweizen... sdmmb (1826) - BELGIUM - AUG 17, 2014
Drunk from 0,5 litre bottle bought in Stein am Rhein, Switzerland. Enjoyable wheat beer.
