hazy pale orange colour with a foamy head, slightly nutty, grassy hoppiness, sweet and medium-bodied, the finish is moderately dry and quite malty - solid and well-made but lacking of character Quack-Duck (9487) - Down South, GERMANY - DEC 29, 2007
bottle. Cloudy pale yelow, large head. Fruity and yeasty flavour, quite malty with pleasantly resiny and grassy hops. henrikb (1263) - Aarhus, DENMARK - AUG 1, 2008
Bottle - Dark golden orange hazy body with a medium sized bubbled head; VERY boring near nothing nose where you really have to focus to detect any hop, malt or yeast; Big bubbled carbonation in simple soft and slightly bitter body; Better finish, malt bitter and the yeast is almost present. VERY bring but actually drinkable. beerlady (556) - lucerne, SWITZERLAND - MAY 11, 2006

tasts hoppy,grainy,bitter-sweet,and a very little bit of honey
aftertaste grainy, hoppy,a bit of alcohol
not bad, good for accopmagnate a pick-nick or some good saussages, but not to drink in the intention to discuss the flavour of it with friends late in the evening Embrouille (2854) - SWITZERLAND - FEB 17, 2008
Bottled 33cl. It pours a slightly hazy golden beer with a nice head. The nose is of nuts (walnuts and chestnuts), sorbet, mushrooms and manure. The taste is similar to the nose. Nicely fruity though. Good balance. Slightly salty. Medium bodied. Grassy hops accompanied by honey. Pleasant bitter finish. Reminds me a bit of the non alcohol one by coop. Interesting and decent.

Hazy blond color, fine perlage. Honest table beer, nevertheless with some light malt and hop notes; strong bitterness.
Sampled in Switzerland in 2001. Was very well priced but the first Organic european brew i had ever had. was very light with minimal flavor but packed a good punch of alcohol. worth a try if you are looking for more than a sipping beer. Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty wtih notes of straw, and so is the flavor, though added a note of honey. pivnizub (10763) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JUN 4, 2013
Bouteille: Pale golden, hazy, stable and lacy small white head, perfumed grainy nose with a yeasty touch; light tart bitter and sweetish flavour, light bodied as well; short and watery tart to bitter finish. Repetition not necessary… Dorqui (2260) - Brescia, ITALY - AUG 11, 2006
UPDATED: SEP 14, 2007 Bottled 0,50L.
Hazy, dense and veiled yellow color, medium fizz. Compact and abundant head, insufficient duration however. Rather lean scent with notes of cereals and straw. Enough pleasant and pungent taste. Notes of dry grass, straw and dampen cereals. Modest bitter and alcohol. Something can be saved.
