Bottle. Light Gold in colour. Fruity; tangy citrus-orange. Hoppy; floral and grassy hops. Malty; toasty biscuity malts, caramel. Sweet fruity malty with a citrus hoppy mildly bitter edge. OK. Very drinkable. (2009-11)

kwik-lime (1926) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 6, 2016
Big creamy head, not much aroma to speak of. Smooth but light on flavour and somewhat boring. Quite a cold pour which maybe didn’t help.

Cask at the Tockwith Festival. Golden with a thin white frothy head. Light grain aroma. The taste has light citrus with a little biscuit malt. Quite easy drinking, but dull.

Aroma: light caramel malts, some grassy hops. Appearance: light gold, no head. Taste: light sweet. Palate: light carbonation and body, continues lightly sweet, some bitters also appearing, malts dominating. Overall: nice Golden Ale, but not standing out in this crowded style. Bottle from Hogs Back Brewery, Tangham.
