On tap @ Lodi Beer. Very pale yellow pour with a white head. Smells and tastes kind of like a macro lager. Lots of corn flakes, some creamed corn, and grassy hops. Mild straw bitterness and some slight dough. Easy drinking, though a touch seltzery.

On draft at the brewpub. It pours clear gold with a small white head. The aroma is crisp with bread, grains and some lager yeast esters. The flavor has notes of mildly sweet corn and more bread. It has a zesty, mildly spicy hop finish. Thin mouthfeel, but tasty for the style. Ungstrup (37889) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JAN 11, 2011

Washes food down. Seemed better than many pale lagers. aspidites (1272) - manteca, California, USA - NOV 22, 2007
Grainy nose with nothing else. Looked like carbonated urine. Grainy on the palate with a non-existent finish.
