Lookout is balanced between a rich caramel body and a citrus hop soul. Two types of crystal malt give this brew a bright copper color. Dry hopped with Cascade hops, providing orange peel and floral notes in the aroma.

12 oz. can from Craft Beer Cellar - Clayton. Pours a cloudy orange gold with a finger of rocky, frothy off-white head that laces the glass while settling into a thick ring and patchy film. Malt-forward, with pale, toasted, cereal, and caramel malts, tea, muddled fruit, straw, grass, and dusty grains. Almost some nuttiness. Light-medium bodied, with medium-plus carbonation and a malty, mildly bitter mouthfeel that has a subtle bite at the end. All right.

12 oz can at Coopers Landing on the Missouri River outside of Columbia, Missouri. The pour is clear copper golden with a small white head. The aroma is pine, floral, citrus hop, along with caramel malt. The taste starts with sweet caramel malt, moves quick to the pine and floral hop and finishes with a bit of mineral. The palate is medium to light bodied with soft natural carbonation and a dry finish. Solid, easy drinking Pale Ale.

Dark amber pour with an off white head. Malty aroma with some bread Slightly sweet malting up front, somewhat watery. Some hops into the finish... not much, but enough to make it a nice bitter finish, slightly sour, but not unpleasant
