Blonde avec belle mousse qui laisse une dentelle. Au nez, levure belge, poivre, crales ples (seigle?). Au got, des notes citronnes et des notes de raisin blanc sinstallent aisment pour crer un impact aigre. Bien buvable ce truc!

Bottle shared. Hazy gold pour with thick frothy white head. Aroma is really nice, fresh grainy notes, light brett, leathery, pretty signature Logsdon. Taste is fruity, light tartness, light farmy. Palate is light bodied, fluffy. Tasty.

Poured from 750 into a Duvel Tulip. Cloudy yellow golden with a very good sized long lasting white head. Nose is mildly spicy with ripe bananas, taste is somewhat sweet, medium bodied with a bit of a chewy texture. Lively carbonation, good dry finish with an abrupt finish. Very enjoyable.

On tap at Baileys - Pours milky yellow with a white head. The aroma has rich malt, mild stone fruit, lushness and mild farmhouse notes. It has a full lush body with lots of soft carbonation. The flavor starts with malt thats big, but dry with light bugs and earthy / grassy hops. The finis has some banana esters and peach. Quite good.

Pours gold into a snifter. Bright white head crackles and recedes leaving spot lacing. Sweet caramel aromas. Sweet and dry with caramel and bread upfront turning to heather and grass before the lasting bitter earth finish.
