Pours gold into a snifter. Bright white head crackles and recedes leaving spot lacing. Sweet caramel aromas. Sweet and dry with caramel and bread upfront turning to heather and grass before the lasting bitter earth finish. haukur (1957) - Reykjavik, ICELAND - JUL 30, 2015
Draft. Light golden, small but firm head. Aroma is pepper, citrus, peach. Tingling carbonation, some acidity, medium bitterness, dry finish. All around very nice. raphael (1254) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 23, 2015
Wish I’d saved my program that had the description--they use two Belgian yeasts, one fro esters & phenols, the other for crispness. Then the beer is conditioned with cane sugar. Has thickness to it. some lemon to balance the swet. aroma flowery & subtle, with some sugar. A milky lemon, not how one expects a beer to look, krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - JUL 11, 2015

clear light gold good head retention. Aroma graham cracker grain, dusty old hops. Tastes bready yeasty, white grapes, but clean. Creaminess and brut carb make this a lot like a real Belgian. My favorite offering from logsdon yet. BuckeyeSammy (617) - Palo Alto, Ohio, USA - JUN 13, 2015
Nose of funk, grapes, old fruit. Appearance is a really nice unfiltered light golden color, with a white head that leaves its fingers all over the glass. Flavor is lightly tart, smooth ale that's really interesting. Nice full mouthfeel. I could drink a lot of this in a sitting. Balance. 8% nicely hidden.
