Pszenica jak ta lala, poza tym lekkość i jednowymiarowość. Do przyjęcia, bez nut mydlanych na szczęście

750ml bottle. Pours a murky gold-orange colour with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of wheat malt, yeast, orange, lemon, coriander and pepper. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, yeast, orange, lemon, banana, oats, coriander, clove and pepper with a dry, mildly bitter finish. Medium body with a creamy, smooth, oily texture and soft to average carbonation. Tasty, a very nice easy drinking, refreshing Witbier.

Bottled 375ml (Gonzo, BB 04/2019)
Hazy yellow colour, small steady white head. Farmhouse (read: cow dang), banana and pepper in the nose. Medium-bodied, active carbonation. Banana-wheaty, coriander, some funkyness. I don't know but maybe this has gone a bit wild...

On tap at Alus Celle. Piurs gilden yellow colour. Moderate white head. Dusty, flowery, slightly yeasty notes, hints of babana, slight notes of grass or hay in the aroma. Grass or hay at first. Yeasty notes. Banana-like sweetness in the middle. Bit malty, slightly sweet finish with very slight notes of candy sugar and spices. Light bodied, easy drinkable witbier.

Lovely maltiness in base, mostly smooth wheat, oats, empowered by juicy fruitiness, bit spicy. Light sweetness with moderate to light tartness. Nicely balanced.
