Lovely maltiness in base, mostly smooth wheat, oats, empowered by juicy fruitiness, bit spicy. Light sweetness with moderate to light tartness. Nicely balanced.

From a bomber in a tulip. Pours cloudy gold. Aroma is intense coriander. Flavor is very crisp for a wit, and the coriander then comes through really strong. Finish is less than stellar and towards the end of the glass the esthers were interacting with the spice and it was not so good. Not "standard" but not exceptionally good either.

weark (859) - Morges, SWITZERLAND - AUG 18, 2017

minutemat (5957) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAY 22, 2017
Keg @ Cafe Beermoth, Manchester. Pours a misty pale gold, small white head. Aroma of wit spice, yeast, lightly sour. Soft wit taste, lightly spicy, peppery, not a bad effort.

DocLock (10973) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 12, 2017
750 cc, capped, from Frank Smith’s. Pours clear golden with 2-fingers of fluffy, white head and a high level of carbonation. Nose is wheaty pale malt, hops, kiwi. Tastes smooth, complex, with pale malt, hops, kiwi, wheat, florals, mild white peppery spice. This is an incredible witbier, and certainly must be in my top 10 for this style, if not higher.
